In an effort to streamline our ActiveParent system and to eliminate duplicate ActiveParent accounts, we are updating ALL ActiveParent usernames to be the users email address.
We are not changing account passwords – just usernames.
This is not an overnight update so all ActiveParent users need to know that in the next few days, your account will be updated.
If you cannot login to your ActiveParent account with your normal username and password, please try using your email address as the username.
